Service Inclusions
1. Onsite Design Consultation & Measure
We visit your home or office to record a full inventory of your requirements, taking into account all the design elements that you’d like to incorporate into your unique piece and take precise measurements of your space.
We will show you through the variety of materials including Solid Timbers, Stains, Laminates and Timber Veneers we have available so that you can choose the colour and finish.
2. 3D Visualisation Design, Technical Drawings & Photorealistic Render
After your onsite consultation and measure, we design your custom furniture piece with visual drawings and a 3D photorealistic render to help you visualise your furniture in your space before it is built. Our draftsperson brings technical precision to the process, translating these visual concepts into detailed technical drawings. This level of detail allows you to make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward knowing exactly what to expect.
Our technical breakdowns are used by our manufacturer to build your piece. This ensures what we design is practical and buildable.
3. Build Your Furniture
Once your design has been finalised and the order has been confirmed, your furniture will be underway. Each piece is carefully crafted in our Melbourne based factory using quality materials, giving you a truly exceptional long lasting piece of furniture.
We generally advise our clients that each piece of furniture will take from 6-8 weeks for laminates and from 8-10 weeks for timber, depending on the detail and complexity.
4. Deliver & Install
Finally, using our finest, extensively experienced delivery personnel, we will deliver your furniture to your home or office. CM Furniture Design only uses fully insured, professional carriers with an established relationship to ensure that your furniture arrives safely and is installed or positioned in your space.
